Why can’t I scroll using Arrow keys in Chrome browser?
By default Chrome browser allows the user the navigate using the arrow key. The feature works like a charm, so much so, that it became the default way of navigating inside a webpage using the arrow key. 4] Remove Extensions

So, click on the Extension icon from the Menu bar (top of the window), click on the dots associated with the extension, and click Remove from Chrome. 5] Reset Chrome

How do I enable scrollbar in Chrome?
